Working as an integral part of our team, the purpose of this role would entail the ideal candidate to be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.Note: This is a client facing role and the candidate will be operating out of the client office.Job description:Roles & Responsibilities -Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (fully commercial Non-tech roles).Ensuring exceptional candidate experience maintaining Korn Ferry vales and standards at all times.Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, ensuring exceptional stakeholder management (internal & external).Strategizing recruitment & hiring processes in consultation with the hiring managers, thereby acting as the first POC for all hiring requirements.Utilizing all the available sourcing tools to actively source candidates and ensure to build a healthy pipeline at all times to cover immediate and future manpower needs.Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.Provide market insights/intelligence reports to hiring managers wrt factors like - geographic conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks, etc.Maintain highest data integrity within reporting over critical metrics and maintaining process excellence.Qualifications & Requirements -At least 4 to 7 years of Recruitment experience supporting Pharma, Life Sciences OR FMCG/D clients is preferred.Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles into - Sales, Marketing, HR, finance, regulatory affairs, QA, Legal & compliance, R&D, etc.A Bachelor’s degree is a must.Strong verbal and written communication & management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously (25-30 reqs individually).Recruitment experience within the in-house Recruitment / RPO set up would be preferred.Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.)Strong with managing, interpreting & reporting data on ATS.Ability to handle volume pressure and deliver in a fast-moving environment.Team playerExcellent stakeholder and networking skillsFluency in English as a primary language for communicationTo apply , please apply here or send us your references (if any) with an updated CV mentioning the below details at - femy.shah@kornferry.com (to expedite the processing of the candidate's application):Email subject: Non IT Recruiter - MumbaiCurrent company:Designation:Total yrs of relevant work experience into recruitment?:Yrs of experience into hiring for Non-IT roles?:Have you hired for industries like - Pharma/life sciences/FMCG before?
