About the Role
We're looking for a driven Talent Associate to join our growing HR team in Mumbai You'll be a key player in finding and attracting top non-technical talent. If you have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment consultancy and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for non-technical roles using various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews, and effectively shortlist candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and best practices, seeking ways to enhance our recruitment strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Psychology, HR, or related areas preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment consultancy (non-tech focus).
Skills:
Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and selecting qualified candidates.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
Adaptable, with a knack for problem-solving and networking.
