They enable product teams to move faster, make better decisions, and reduce friction by standardizing tools, processes, and governance - reducing time to market and increasing value-realization rates.As theSenior Manager,Product Capability Center, you willbe responsible foroptimizingthe processes, tools, and workflows that support product development and management. This involves streamlining operations, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the product team can build and deliver products efficiently and effectively.As aCapability Lead, you will be instrumental in influencing Product Managers and cross-functional teams to adopt established ProductManagementstandards and practices. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Manage,designand implement scalable workflows, automation, and tool integrations to reduce lead times and increase speed-to-value for Product teams.Define and deliver training programs, playbooks, and knowledge assets to boost product team maturity.Leadinitiatives to implement& streamlinetoolingto enable AI-first capabilitiesthatenable product teams to move faster, make better decisions, and reduce friction in theproductteam experience.Product Metrics &Portfolio Insights: Managetheenterpriseproduct portfolio, manage product intakefor Digital,anddevelopcentralized product reporting capabilities in a decentralized environment.Createproductmeasurementplaybooks andingest Productteamdata (e.g., OKRs, user-analytics, KPIs).Partner with Product Managers to ensure their understanding / adoption of these metrics.Build andmaintaindashboards to analyze product performance,proactively mitigate risks, and generate data-driven insights that informhealth of product investmentsandimprove value-realization rates.ProductModelAdoption& Change: Lead changeinitiatives and act as adoption lead for teamsmovingto the product model, partnering with Product Managers to ensure they are on-boardedsuccessfully.Designtraining content in partnership with Learning & Development,publish case-studies, and drive growth / engagement in our Product Community of Practiceto boost knowledge and skills.Drivecommunicationsto increase awarenessanddrive adoption ofProduct Capability Centerofferings.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Go-to-Market Support: Build strong, collaborative relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders, balancing multiple priorities and needs.Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure seamless alignment on productstrategy, execution, go-to-market activities, and ongoing operations, serving as a strategic partner acrossCreation Centers,Enterprise Architecture (EA),Customer Experience (CX&E), and Digital Excellence Office (DXO).Contribute to the growth and development of the Product Capability Center byestablishingbest practices, mentoring colleagues informally, and fostering a culture ofleading with the customer experience, outcomes over activity, and continuous discovery and experimentation.BASICQUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,Business,Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative discipline).4+ years of hands-on experience in product management, or a related field with a demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectivelymanage upand build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.Proven experience effectively collaborating and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization without direct reporting lines.Demonstrated success managing complex projects simultaneously anda track recordof implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Expertisein one or more areas:DigitalProduct Development:Experience with Agile methodologies and their application in a product development context, including experience withAtlassian products (e.g.Jira / JPD, Atlassian Analytics, Confluence)Outcome-based Reporting:Experience wrangling complex datasets and deriving actionable insights using tools (e.g., Tableau,Snowflake, Dataiku, or similar)for product and portfolio reports.Process Automation:Experience streamlining processes and automating workflows using methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma, or tools such as Power Automate,Celonis,orServiceNow.Strong understanding of product-development lifecycletools and processes, with a keen awareness of emerging technologies, data products, and Large Language Models (LLMs) and their potential application in product operations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving product landscapes.PREFERREDCANDIDATE PROFILE The goal is to attract high
