Community Impact Officer – We Are HiringSantulit Innovatorsis a Hyderabad-based social enterprise working across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. We focus on sustainable hygiene, biomedical waste management, and resource recovery solutions. Our mission is to bring practical, community-friendly innovations that improve public health and environmental outcomes. Purpose : To promote safe hygiene, responsible waste disposal, and sustainable resource recovery by engaging with schools, hospitals, NGOs, and communities. This role supports both social impact and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities : - Create awareness on menstrual hygiene and biomedical waste handling. - Introduce our solutions and explain their health and environmental benefits. - Support installations, training, and follow-up. - Build relationships with communities to encourage adoption. - Maintain simple reports and activity records. Who Can Apply : - Experienced candidates are welcome, and freshers will also be considered and trained. - Good communication, empathy, and willingness to learn. - Comfort discussing hygiene topics, including menstrual hygiene. - Field visits will be part of the role.
