Key Responsibilities :- End-to-End Design Ownership : Drive the UX design process from discovery to delivery including user research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and final high-fidelity designs.- User Research & Insights : Conduct and analyze user research to understand behavior, pain points, and motivations, translating insights into actionable design decisions.- Design Systems : Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products and platforms.- Work closely with cross-functional teams Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.- Craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive designs with a focus on accessibility and usability.- Develop interactive prototypes to test concepts quickly and refine designs based on data and feedback.- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to evaluate design success using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.- Keep up with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously raise the bar for product design quality.Requirements & Qualifications :- Hands-on experience as a UX/Product Designer, ideally in a B2C digital environment (e.g., consumer apps, e-commerce, fintech, healthtech, or mobility).- Proven experience in end-to-end product design, from user research to final delivery.- Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.- Experience working in agile product teams alongside developers and product managers.- Portfolio showcasing real-world B2C projects, demonstrating your ability to solve complex UX challenges and deliver elegant UI solutions.- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and accessibility standards.Good to Have :- Experience designing for mobile-first or app-based products.- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) to communicate effectively with developers.- Prior exposure to A/B testing, user analytics tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, GA4, etc.), or design system management.- Passion for data-driven design and continuous improvement.
