Job Description : UX DesignerPosition : UX DesignerExperience Required : 5 to 6 YearsLocation : Onsite Bangalore (Client Location : Tata Medical)Employment Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role :We are looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to join our team and work directly with our client Tata Medical in Bangalore.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.Key Responsibilities- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points.- Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes.- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces aligned with business goals and user expectations.- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs.- Advocate for UX best practices and maintain consistency across products.- Stay updated on latest trends in design, tools, and usability standards.- Deliver design documentation and support development teams during implementation.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5 to 6 years of proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.- Strong knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and design thinking processes.- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) to work closely with developers.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience in healthcare or enterprise product design will be a plus.What We Offer :- Opportunity to work with Tata Medical, a leading name in the healthcare domain.- Exposure to cutting-edge healthcare products and solutions.- Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams.- Competitive salary package and benefits.
