Event & Promotion Management : Organize property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events to attract potential buyers. Budget Management : Plan and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution. Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and external agencies. Team Leadership : Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability. Performance Tracking : Measure ROI of campaigns, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Qualifications & Experience MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field. 8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, buyer behavior, and regulatory frameworks (RERA compliance). Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and achieving sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
