Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype engaging core gameplay mechanics, levels, and progression systems in Unity.
• Utilize both 2D and 3D assets to create compelling and visually appealing game worlds.
• Collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure game mechanics align with visual and technical requirements.
• Optimize level design for fun, challenge, and player retention.
• Analyze player data and feedback to refine game mechanics and improve retention and engagement.
• Create detailed documentation, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful 2D and 3D projects.
• Proficiency in Unity and other tools for quick prototyping.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and progression systems.
• Experience with both 2D and 3D level design and asset integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects in a small team setting.
• Experience in F2P games.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, GameAnalytics) to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience in hybrid casual or mobile game development.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling or texturing tools like Blender.
