This must include deep familiarity with:- Cross-border payments ad correspondent banking (e.g., **SWIFT** messaging and standards). - Domestic ACH/RTGS systems e.g., SEPA, Faster Payments, FedWire). - API-based Payment Providers:** Proven experience integrating with modern, API-first payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Wise, CurrencyCloud). - Financial Messaging:Deep understanding of financial messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and ISO 8583. - Systems Thinking:The ability to understand and design complex, end-to-end payment flows across multiple internal and external systems. - Stakeholder Management:A proven track record of working effectively with technical teams, treasury departments, and external banking partners.
