Digital Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.

- Lead sales promotion initiatives.

- Create and implement campaigns to promote products, services, and events.

- Identify opportunities for positive media coverage.

- Develop and implement social media strategies.

- Monitor and engage with audiences on social media platforms.

- Manage online reputation and address any issues that arise.

- Build and maintain relationships with the local community.

- Participate in community events and initiatives.

- Address community concerns and feedback effectively.

- Develop and maintain the organization's brand image and identity.

- Ensure consistency in messaging across various communication channels.

- Monitor and manage brand perception.

- Engage with government bodies, regulators, and other public entities.

- Monitor and influence public policy and regulatory issues.

- Plan and execute events, such as product launches, press conferences, and trade shows.

- Coordinate logistics and manage relationships with event partners.

- Measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

- Analyze media coverage and sentiments.

- Gather feedback and data to assess the impact of communication efforts.

- Craft clear and compelling messages highlighting the unique selling propositions of products and services.

- Develop a strong positioning strategy to differentiate the offerings in the market.

- Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and white papers, to showcase the company's expertise and the value of its products/services.

- Create engaging multimedia content like videos and infographics to support messaging.

- Utilize social media platforms to create buzz and excitement around upcoming products/services.

- Engage with the audience through teasers, campaigns, polls, and interactive content.

- Design, print, and manage stocks of official brochures, magazines, and leaflets as required by the sales team.

- Maintain an organized inventory of printed materials, ensuring timely reordering to avoid stockouts.

- Collaborate with industry influencers and thought leaders to endorse or preview products.

- Arrange for influencers to create content or reviews highlighting product features and benefits.

- Collect and showcase positive testimonials and case studies from beta users or early adopters.

- Highlight success stories to build credibility and trust among potential customers.

- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to handle emergencies or negative situations.

- Guide to the organization's leadership during crises.

- Manage communication to minimize damage to the organization's reputation.

- Provide training materials and sessions to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped with key information to answer customer queries.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communication or digital marketing.

- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Analytics, PPC Advertising, and Digital Strategy.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Experience in handling both strategic and operational aspects of digital marketing.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
