Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketer Analyst with proven expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and hands-on experience running and managing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and optimize online ad campaigns to meet business goals. This role requires analytical skills, technical SEO knowledge, and a strong understanding of Google Ads to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for paid and organic efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Powered Social Media Ads Management:
- Use AI tools to plan, create, and manage social media ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, , and YouTube.
- Leverage AI algorithms to optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop AI-enhanced ad creatives that include compelling copy, visuals, and calls-to-action.
AI Video Editing & Ad Creation:
- Utilize AI-based video editing software to create engaging video content for ads, website, and email campaigns.
- Edit raw footage using AI tools to produce polished videos that align with our brand message and marketing goals.

- Conduct keyword research with the help of AI-powered tools to inform our content strategy and improve organic search performance.
- Implement on-page SEO tactics, using AI to optimize meta tags, internal linking, and content.
- Use AI analytics to monitor site performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
AI-Driven Content Strategy & Management:
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure AI alignment between social media campaigns, SEO strategy, and overall marketing goals.
- Develop engaging, AI-optimized content that resonates with target audiences across platforms.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding with AI insights across all digital platforms.
AI-Powered Google Ads & PPC Campaigns:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns using AI tools to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Analyze and report on the performance of PPC campaigns with AI analytics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
AI-Driven Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics using AI-powered platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Use AI insights to measure performance and provide actionable recommendations for improving marketing efforts.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance our digital marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Analyst, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- Google Ads: Strong experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, bid management, and performance optimization.
- SEO Tools: Proficient with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Analytics: Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools.
- Technical SEO: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure as it relates to SEO.
- Content Strategy: Ability to develop SEO-friendly content and work with content teams to drive organic growth.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail in monitoring campaign and SEO performance.
