  • Devise and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyze and optimize PPC SEO and digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage budget allocation and performance tracking to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize conversion rates and drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans by leveraging performance marketing insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key advertising platforms and vendors.
  • Create compelling ad copy and content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure unified and effective campaign delivery.
  • Use marketing automation tools to streamline and scale marketing processes effectively.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to guide marketing decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey performance insights and influence decisionmaking.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications or training in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.
