Job Qualifications:

This Role is regarding Sr.Project Manager for Residential Interior Design projects - Operations. He Must be well experienced in Residential Modular and customisation interior works.

Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects to the team of PM's . They should also effectively monitor project progress and ensure projects are executed within expected timelines and provide project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members on a daily basis. Conduct site validation and provide technical detailed reports to the sales/design team of each project, ensuring scope of work is clear for all the parties involved. 


Responsibilities:

Assign projects to teams as per their bandwidths

Conduct site validations, site kick of meetings and Site readiness.

Follow-up with the production team regarding project material receivables.

Check with PM's regarding order received- for any snags/ missing materials.

Ensure snags are raised on time.

Monitor project timelines and predict if any expected escalations and inform management/ team about it.

Ensure overall health of the project and work towards a happy handover of site to the client.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Well-versed with Residential Interior design modular execution.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • knowledge about Modular kitchen, wardrobes and Storages.
