Functional Responsibilities / KPIs:

  1. Managing and acquiring partners to generate sales for products like AIF/MLDs, Debentures, Bonds and LI (In house & 3rd party products) and acquisition of Sub Brokers / IFA/Partners.
  2. Doing various training programs for partners to train them for various financial products.
  3. Maintaining relationship with partners to generate business.


Functional Competencies:

  1. Acumen towards understanding of client needs, study requirements and provide adequate and prompt solutions.
  2. Should have a good knowledge and understanding of equity and debt market and wealth products.
