Role: Finance & Accounts Manager – Pharma DistributionLocation: New DelhiEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our accounting and finance operations across our pharma and medical devices distribution business.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing accounts in a trading/distribution environment involving multiple vendors, clients, and stock-keeping units (SKUs).You will oversee the accounts team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accurate books, and provide financial insights to support business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Handle complete accounting including sales, purchase, inventory accounting, and expense management.Prepare and review monthly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and coordinate with auditors for annual audits.Maintain vendor and customer reconciliations, including credit control and aging analysis.Oversee banking, fund flow, and working capital management.Ensure accurate valuation and control of stock/inventory in coordination with the warehouse team.Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for strategic decision-making.Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and compliance.QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.5–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in pharma or FMCG distribution.Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance in the pharma sector.Experience using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems integrated with inventory modules.Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Why Join UsOpportunity to lead the finance function of a fast-growing distribution business.Work directly with the leadership team on business planning and strategy.Exposure to pharma and medical devices operations and compliance.Competitive salary and long-term growth opportunities.
