Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects. Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and feedback to students. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in finance and incorporate them into teaching. Collaborate with other faculty members to improve academic quality and learning outcomes.Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and institutional events. Requirements: Education: Master’s degree (MBA / MCom / MA in Economics/Finance) or higher in Finance or related field. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience.Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CMA, or FRM. Industry experience in banking, investment, or corporate finance.Skills: Strong grasp of finance concepts and analytical tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools is an added advantage. Ability to engage students and simplify complex financial concepts.
