Engineering Manager


Job Description


We are looking for proactive engineering managers with many years engineering experience and proven leadership skills. Engineering managers are expected to work on many projects at the same time, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.


Engineering Manager Responsibilities:


- Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.


- Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.


- Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.


- Should have experience working in fintech industry .


- Oversees project logistics and resource allocation.


- Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.


- Secures the resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments.


- Maintains high level expertise in their field or sector.


- Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.


- Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.


- Manging third party vendors and resources for outsources projects .


Engineering Manager Skills:

- Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical

management personnel and other stakeholders


- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously


- Past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools a plus.


Qualifications for Engineering Manager


- Bachelor's/Masters degree in engineering


- Great analytical and math skills


- Incredible problem-solving abilities


- Ability to collaborate with many other teams


- Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product


- Interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers


- Ability to give constructive criticism


- Ability to make decisions quickly


- Minimum 4 to 5 exp in working with C++/C#/Java /Micro services related technology.


- Around 8 to 15 yrs of total exp working on delivery /Development /Team management etc


- Hands on Coding exp on Java /Microservices based technology
