About the job.

- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Project Manager to join our team who will play a pivotal role in providing thought leadership on capability development for advanced analytics assignments across P&C insurance value chain.

- Work closely with the Vertical teams to understand and meet their solution requirements and drive development working with data scientists and data analysts.

- Demonstrate deep understanding of solution accelerators and go-to-market strategy.

By collaborating with business verticals, engineering centers, and our clients, Advanced Analytics team delivers state-of-the-art AI/analytics solutions across the P&C value chain - Product/Underwriting, Claims, Distribution, and Enterprise IT.

Responsibilities:

- Oversight on all stages of capability development: from problem identification, conceptualization, prioritization to solution development and scaling.

- Gathering functional and technical requirements for solutioning, which can be easily understood by data scientists and data analysts.

- Defining acceptance criteria and definition of done for MVPs and prototypes.

- SPOC for verticals on capabilities development; accountable for the project feasibility assessment and implementation within committed timelines.

- Drive design thinking within the development team members, fostering a collaborative and productive project environment.

- Push complex projects forward via solid communication and project oversight.

- Create clear and comprehensive documentation of methods, logic, and process steps.

- Drive talent acquisition as per business requirements, manage capacity and budgets for project delivery.

- Do PoCs on new ideas, filling out RFPs, analytics surveys and conduct mkt. research.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in data science and/or business analysis, business process and/or business requirements documentation.

- 3+ years of project/people management experience in a analytics environment.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in an Analytics/ Economics/ MBA or equivalent fields experience.

- Solution Design and Consultative skills: Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills; Proven superior analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.

- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and influence team members.

- Demonstrated experience with analytics project and/or product management and lifecycles.

- Experience in project management with agile methodologies & tools.

- Basic understand of statistical concepts, basic AI algorithms, and SDLC (Software development lifecycle).

- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills; engage in meaningful manner with variety of audience: business stakeholders, technology partners & practitioners, executive and senior management.

- Industry knowledge about P&C insurance, emerging AI trends, AI tools and technologies.

Preferred:

- Familiarity of new age AI and ML techniques such as GenAI, foundational models, large language models (LLMs) and applications.

- Prior experience in P&C Insurance Analytics.

- Prior experience in Analytics consulting or building Analytics products.
