You’ll lead a team of talented engineers, shape our backend architecture, and drive high-impact technical initiatives. This is your chance to shape technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and influence system architecture at scale. We value innovation, ownership, and engineering excellence.What you will do:Lead the design & implementation of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures using Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes.Architect scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines and optimize system performance.Drive infrastructure automation with Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), and cloud-native practices.Oversee monitoring & observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and distributed tracing.Mentor and manage a team of 5–8 engineers — fostering growth, leading sprints, and improving delivery metrics.Collaborate with Product & Business teams to define roadmaps and lead major architectural decisions.What you bring:7–10 years in software engineering, with 4+ years in distributed systems.2+ years of team leadership or technical lead experience.Deep expertise in Go, Kafka, microservices, and Kubernetes.Strong grasp of database design & optimization (MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j).Proven success in scaling systems, optimizing performance, and managing production reliability.Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.Bonus:Experience in FinTech, high-frequency systems, or MLOps.Open-source contributions or public speaking.Certifications (CKA, AWS/GCP Architect) and compliance exposure (SOC2, PCI-DSS).
