The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end implementation projects, with specific exposure to IFMS/IFMIS domains. The role requires excellent skills in requirement gathering, preparing functional documentation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for IT/ITeS Government sector projects.Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.Translate business needs into Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.Document and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track action items.Support the design, testing, and deployment phases of implementation projects.Contribute to IFMS/IFMIS-related project implementations, ensuring compliance with functional and business requirements.Provide analytical insights to improve workflows, processes, and systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience5+ years of total experience, as a Business Analyst in large IT/ITeS projects in the Government sector.Proven experience in IFMS/IFMIS projects as a Business Analyst.Strong expertise in requirement gathering, SRS preparation, documentation, and business process mapping.Excellent analytical ability with attention to detail.Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work independently and in a collaborative remote environment.Experience in end-to-end implementation projects is a must.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies.Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio for documentation and tracking.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on critical Government sector IT projects.100% Remote role offering flexibility and work-life balance.Exposure to large-scale end-to-end implementations.Who Can Apply?Business Analysts with strong Government sector experience and proven expertise in requirement gathering, IFMS/IFMIS projects, and implementation lifecycle.
