Title: Finance Associate- Delhi/HybridExperience: 1-2 Years of experienceOverview: A Successful Finance Associate should be detail-oriented and able to assist the finance lead with day-to-day financial procedures and internal financial controls. They shall be managing financial records, recording, updating, and reviewing financial data for audits and reviews.Key Results1. Effective and efficient finance knowledge2. Support with internal financial controls and procedures3. Effective management of databases and budgetKey Activities1. Managing accounting record-keeping systems, and procedures for tracking and reporting, including recommending remedial measures2. Preparing multiple complex and varied financial reports (including ad hoc reports) that requireselection, preparation, and interpretation of data using complex data query tools3. Understanding and upkeep of various financial compliances and accounts processes, by liaisoning with the internal team and external finance stakeholders, including accountants, auditors, CA, etc.Critical Factors for Success1. Candidates with educational or professional experience in finance or commerce, sound financial and accounting concepts understanding and expertise in Tally, PowerPoint and Excel (or willingness to learn rapidly), strong English communication skills2. Education qualification: Minimum graduate with 1-2 years of work experience for Associate role.3. Willingness to travel to different locations across India, as required4. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment5. Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised
