The Role:

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and providing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Contribute to the analysis and design/re-design of business processes
  • Define parts of an organization to improve performance
  • Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function


Skills Required:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM
  • Strong understanding of business processes and performance improvement
  • Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes
  • Knowledge of organizational design principles
  • Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional team


Qualifications & Experience:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM
  • A Top B School MBA is required
