Job Description :


Dayforce is required primarily, workday as an :

- Provide direct support to end-users on Dayforce HR, Payroll, Employee Compliance, and Learning functions, addressing their queries and issues during go-live and Hypercare period.

- L1 responsibility will then pass to filter tickets before passing to L2

- Assist in resolving issues specifically related to Dayforce Payroll processes, which are a key component being stood up for Day 1

- Work collaboratively with the internal teams, including Business SMEs and the EUC team, to effectively triage and resolve incoming support tickets.

- Ensure critical issues (P1) are identified and addressed promptly according to the defined support process to maintain business continuity. This will include escalating to Platform provider

- Participate in knowledge transfer activities to help build internal support capabilities related to Dayforce functionalities.

- Troubleshoot application issues and assist with bug investigation to identify root causes.

- Adhering to AD and/or SSO and/or security protocols

Qualifications :


- Proven experience in providing application support for the Dayforce HCM platform (or equivalent, e.g. Workday or Success Factors), with specific knowledge of Payroll functionalities.

- A solid understanding of core HR, Payroll, Employee Compliance, and Learning processes within an enterprise system context.

- Experience working in an application support role, particularly during system GoLive or major transition phases; Hypercare experience is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business users and internal technical teams to understand and resolve issues.

- Familiarity with using issue management or ticketing systems (Jira Service Management) for logging, tracking, and managing

support requests is beneficial.

- Experience working as part of a Service Integrator (SI) team supporting enterprise application deployments, reflecting Nagarro's role, especially experience with relevant services like Salesforce, Workday or SAP.
