the Role:We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive brand building initiatives with a strong focus on brand strategy, positioning, communication, and consumer understanding. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into impactful brand actions that strengthen market presence and consumer connect.Location: BangaloreWorking Days: 5.5 days/weekIndustry: Health and WellnessKey Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to build awareness, preference, and loyalty.- Define and refine brand positioning to differentiate in the market.- Create and manage brand communication frameworks across digital, print, and offline touchpoints.- Conduct consumer research and market analysis to gather insights and translate them into actionable brand initiatives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, sales) to ensure consistent brand messaging.- Monitor brand performance metrics and track competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.- Drive innovative campaigns and activations that enhance brand visibility and 3+ years of experience in brand management / strategy / marketing.- Proven expertise in brand positioning, communication, and consumer insights.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer behavior and market trends.- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.- Experience working in consumer-focused industries (FMCG, lifestyle, retail, design, or similar) preferred.
