Job Title: Structural Designer

About Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Designer with a 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience in project-based industries, particularly in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and specializing in clean air solution industries. The Senior Structural Designer will be responsible for designing and developing structural solutions for complex projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and project specifications.


Responsibilities:


  • Join us if you're a Structural Design Expert with a knack for innovation.
  • You'll spearhead efficient structural solutions for projects in EPC, Bag House, ESP, conveying pneumatics, and grinding industries.
  • Your main focus will be on designing Bag Filters, ESPs, Silos, and Stacks, while also generating foundation load data.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop comprehensive design plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Lead the development of detailed structural designs, optimizing for cost reduction and value engineering.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior designers, maintain accurate documentation, and foster seamless collaboration across teams.

Additional Requirement:


  • bachelor's or Master's degree in Structure or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in structural design, preferably in project-based industries such as EPC, Handling of structural For Bag house, ESP ,SILO,STACK etc
  • Proficient in using industry-standard structural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, TEKLA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., IS,BIS etc.).
  • Experience with the design of steel and concrete structures, foundations, equipment supports, and other relevant structural components.
