About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Structural Designer with 8 to 10 years of experience in project-based industries, particularly in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) focusing on clean air solution sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating innovative structural solutions for complex projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Are you a Structural Design Expert with a passion for innovation?
  • Lead the development of efficient structural solutions for projects in EPC, Bag House, ESP, conveying pneumatics, and grinding industries.
  • Focus on designing Bag Filters, ESPs, Silos, and Stacks, and generating foundation load data.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to devise comprehensive design plans in line with industry standards.
  • Create detailed structural designs, emphasizing cost reduction and value engineering.
  • Offer technical mentorship to junior designers, maintain accurate documentation, and encourage teamwork.
  • Stay updated with ongoing learning and professional growth to contribute to the future of structural design.

Additional Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structure or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in structural design, especially in EPC and related sectors.
  • Proficient in industry-standard structural design software like AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, TEKLA, etc.
  • Familiarity with relevant design codes and standards such as IS, BIS, etc.
  • Experience with designing steel and concrete structures, foundations, and equipment supports.
