Reporting Relationship:Principal, Industrial Training Institute--->Lead Institute TrainingLocations:Chandil, JharkhandDeliverables:Overseeing the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring the quality of teaching and learning, and monitoring the academic performance of students. Responsible for managing the people & students at the institute. Responsible for Infrastructure management (facilities, equipment, other academic resources) Provide guidance and support to students, ensure students’ welfare, and manage disciplinary issues when necessary. Responsible for managing the budget and finances of the institute. Responsible for ensuring the institute complies with all government regulations related to vocational education and training.Minimum Qualification:Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Electrical/ equivalentMinimum Number of years of experience:5 yearsTechnical Skill Sets required:NCVT & SCVT Guidelines and processes, knowledge of Industrial training institute’s functioning, accounting & finance management.Behavioral Skill Sets required:Excellent communication skills, leadership, ability to engage across stakeholder groups, peers, and communities, People management,
