With a 4.8★ rating on Google and a growing network of partners, we focus on promoting sustainable and culturally rich tourism experiences.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher) to join our HR team. This role will involve assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities, helping us identify and onboard the right talent to support FusionStays’ expanding operations.NOTE: This is Full time and WFO role. Who they can not work from office or can not commute to office location need not to apply.Candidates living outside kolkata need not to apply.Candidates who doesnt have basis academic, work knowledge of recruitment need not to apply.Key Responsibilities- Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media platforms. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across platforms. - Participate in employer branding and campus outreach initiatives. - Provide support in onboarding new hires and documentation.Requirements- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field. - Experience: 0-2 years in HR (Talent Acqisition Preferred) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.). - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.What You’ll Gain- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. - Exposure to startup culture and hospitality industry hiring. - Mentorship from experienced HR professionals. - Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
