Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, providing technical guidance and best practices.- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to define technical requirements and solutions.- Oversee code quality, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.- Drive the adoption of modern practices such as CI/CD, cloud deployment (Azure/AWS), and microservices architecture.- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure application reliability and security.- Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for continuous Skills & Qualifications : - 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 34 years in a Lead/Architect role.- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Blazor)- Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership Qualifications : - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.- Exposure to Microservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and code coverage tools.- Ability to handle stakeholder management and client interactions (ref:hirist.tech)
