Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located at Sector 82, Mohali. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies this includes managing and optimizing social media accounts, creating engaging content, ideation, planning, handling daily postings, scheduling, reporting, managing timelines, conducting market research to align strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive communication efforts, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.

You Must Have

  • Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
  • Experience in developing effective Content Strategies
  • Proficiency in analyzing social media performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong Canva Pro skills and basic creative know how
  • A sharp eye for detail and content aesthetics
  • A 'get-it-done' attitude and eagerness to learn
  • 1 year of experience working at a social media agency
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
