Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across the APAC region, with a strong focus on the Singapore market. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in IT staffing, sourcing top-tier talent, managing client relationships, and handling end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Specialize in Singapore market hiring, understanding MOM guidelines and local hiring norms.
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to define hiring needs.
  • Use ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., , Job Portals, Boolean search, X-ray search) to identify suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of tech talent across APAC regions.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
  • Handle contract staffing and permanent placement assignments.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in recruitment systems and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative support.
