Skill set required: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; ideally in an in-house environment. Consulting background will be an added advantage. Experience using any applicant tracking system A bachelor's of science or human resources degree. A good understanding of technology and technical skills. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. Ability to meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities Identify and source candidates with the required technical knowledge for the open positions Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. Performing background and reference checks. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, offer acceptance and onboarding. develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-calibre candidates through online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, etc. introduce candidates to the TestVagrant culture and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience. *Not limited to the above
