In line with our Chairman’s vision of providing affordable and best in class healthcare services to the society, Phase-2 projects at BMC has been flagged off.Roles & Responsibilities:- Leading the finance function at BMC along with a strong knowledge of handling Project Finance, Financial Modelling, Budgeting & forecasting, Funding Arrangements and analytical skills. - Proficient in managing finance through benchmarking & analytics though digital way of working. - Developing short term and long term business plan with strategic interventions and innovative way of value addition to the organization. - Ensuring governance & compliance with robust risk, legal and tax framework. - Internal & external stakeholders management including Board of Directors & Auditors. - Developing a strong team with succession planning.Desired Skills:- MBA or Master’s Degree in a relevant field. - Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset. - Experience in driving and executing expansion plans is a core aspect of this role. - Experience in capex management.
