Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Worksoft Certify to join our QA/Testing team. You will be responsible for automating end-to-end business process testing, primarily for SAP and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in QA methodologies and business process understanding, especially within ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test cases using Worksoft Certify.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Execute automated test scripts and analyze results for SAP and other enterprise applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Participate in regression, integration, and UAT testing phases.
  • Support SAP upgrades, patch testing, and new implementations using automation.
  • Integrate Worksoft tests with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Provide test documentation, reports, and metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in test automation, including 3+ years of hands-on Worksoft Certify.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, HR).
  • Experience with end-to-end business process testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating Worksoft with tools like Jenkins, ServiceNow, or JIRA.
  • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Test Management tools, or performance testing.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
