Title: Junior Automation Developer (Remote) — Probation to Full-time

Compensation:

  • Probation (3 months): ₹12,500–15,000/month
  • Post-probation: Annual CTC ₹2,00,000–3,00,000 (performance-based)
What you'll build (real users, real impact)
  • Tenant onboarding → dues generation → UPI/WhatsApp reminders
  • Electricity/fines logging, complaints flow, check-in/out tracker
  • Lightweight caretaker web app (photo uploads, quick actions)
  • Owner dashboard: occupancy %, receivables, alerts & exports
Day-to-day (outcomes over hours)
  • Ship small features weekly; demo every Friday
  • Write clean PRs with READMEs and basic tests
  • Automate boring ops with scripts/flows; measure what you ship
You are (must-haves)
  • Avid reader (share last 2 books + 3-line takeaways)
  • Self-disciplined, reliable, async-first
  • Self-taught or computer engineering background
  • Comfortable with Git and command line
Nice-to-haves (good to know)
  • Prompt engineering (structuring prompts, tool-use, evals)
  • Google Cloud (Cloud Run, IAM, Firebase, Cloud Build/Storage)
  • Gemini API/CLI, Codex/Code-LLM CLI (or similar LLM CLIs)
  • JavaScript/TypeScript or Python basics; REST/webhooks
  • WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Sheets/Apps Script, Next.js/React, Supabase/Firebase
