We are seeking a results-driven and technically sound Business Development Executive / Manager (or Sales Engineer, depending on level) to lead and expand our Zincalume Tank and Grain Storage vertical. This role requires strong domain knowledge, the ability to understand customer pain points, and the expertise to provide value-driven solutions across various sectors including agriculture, food processing, and warehousing.
Preferred Industry : Water Treatment Industry, Biogas Reactor and Digestors plants, Silo & Water Storage tank, Liquid Storage tanks, Agriculture, Construction and Infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibility
· Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for Zincalume tanks and grain storage solutions across target regions.
· Client Engagement: Work closely with farmers, agri-businesses, EPC companies, and government agencies to understand their needs and offer customized storage solutions.
· Solution Selling: Recommend suitable tank/silo designs based on application, capacity, and environmental considerations.
· Project Coordination: Liaise with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
· Technical Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, consultants, and partners.
· Tender Participation: Analyze and respond to RFPs and government tenders relevant to storage solutions.
· After-Sales Support: Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues promptly.
· Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain a robust pipeline and regularly report on market trends, client feedback, and revenue forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Agriculture or related field. MBA is a plus.
· 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical roles related to industrial tanks, silos, or grain storage.
· Strong knowledge of Zincalume Tanks, Silos, and modular Storage systems.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Willingness to travel across regions.
