About Auto Aid

A helping hand for all automobile users, Auto Aid has a vision to unify the automotive service landscape by becoming the 1 stop shop for all vehicle related services. The Auto Aid mobile application connects users with an Automobile Service provider network pan India; thus enabling them to get any Automobile related service easily in any location in a very short duration.


Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from customers in need of assistance
  • Place cold calls to Car Workshops and End Customers, introducing the Auto Aid solution
  • Follow procedure to input data into the admin portal
  • Track progress of ongoing service requests
  • Up-sell / Cross-sell other relevant products and services to End Customers
  • Communicate any problems, questions or concerns to supervisory staff
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with customers & partners at all times


Skills Set

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi and at least 1 other Indian language is a must.
  • Basic MS Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude to serve customers well
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation
  • Flexible working in shifts (ability to work in night shift)
