Gen AI Engineer – General Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions using LLMs, multimodal models, and modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and deploying AI applications that solve real business problems.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement LLM-based applications using models like GPT, Llama, Claude, etc. - Design, test, and optimize prompts, retrieval workflows (RAG), and agent-based automation. - Perform fine-tuning and model customization using proprietary or open-source datasets. - Build AI pipelines integrating NLP, computer vision, or speech models where required. - Collaborate with data engineers to prepare high-quality datasets for training and evaluation. - Deploy AI models using cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Monitor system performance, evaluate model accuracy, and implement continuous improvements. - Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance when working with sensitive information. - Document system designs, workflows, experimentation logs, and best practices.Must-Have Skills:- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Meta Llama, Mistral, etc.) - Expertise in Python, NLP libraries (Transformers, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.) - Knowledge of RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma). - Experience with API integrations, microservices, and building AI applications. - Understanding of ML concepts: tokenization, model architectures, prompt optimization, evaluation metrics. - Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Airflow, etc.)Interested candidates, please share your resume at srinivasarao.arepalli@quesscorp.com
