Position: Business Analyst + Project coordinator Industry: Core IT Services (Web & App Development,) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Company Website: https://www.manektech.com/ Salary Range: 70000 to 85000Job Role:We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT Services and Product Development. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions. The role also requires hands-on experience in project management, client interfacing, and strategic solution design.What you will needs to do?Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to ensure smooth project execution. Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes. Conduct gap analysis, identify business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions. Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Work closely with the QA, Development team to validate solutions against requirements. Facilitate client meetings, demos, and discussions to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.What We’re Looking For:BE (computer science, Computer, IT), BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC (IT), or equivalent pass out can apply. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders. Ability to handle direct client communication and manage relationships. Knowledge of AWS, cloud computing, and modern tech stacks is essential Proven experience in client-facing roles, requirement documentation, user story writing, and UAT support. Experience conducting client onboarding, training, UAT management, and knowledge transfer sessions. Ability to mentor junior analysts or serve as a BA Lead in multi-project environments.. Ability to create wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents. Strong understanding of SDLC, UX principles, and business process model.Nice to Have:Hands on experience with UAT( User Acceptance Testing), FRD, BRD, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Asana, Wireframe. Required previous experience with business analyst with It service industry with international domain. (minimum 3 years) Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent is a plus point. Required Experience with Microsoft dotnet Projects.
