The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, intelligent test automation solutions, drive best practices, and guide teams in adopting modern automation strategies that enhance quality, speed, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implemententerprise-level automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium. Evaluate and integrateAI-driven testing tools(e.g., Mabl, Testim, Functionize, Applitools) for smart test creation, maintenance, and analytics. Defineautomation strategy, standards, and best practicesacross multiple projects and teams. Collaborate withDevOps and development teamsto integrate automation intoCI/CD pipelinesand cloud-based environments. Build and maintainend-to-end test automation suitesfor web, API, and microservices. Drive adoption ofself-healing and visual validation teststo improve reliability and reduce manual effort. Performcode reviewsand mentor automation engineers on technical design and test implementation. Establishmetrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanismsto measure automation efficiency and test coverage. Stay updated withemerging AI and ML trends in testingand continuously enhance automation frameworks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10–15 years of experiencein test automation, with at least3+ years in a lead or architect role. Proven experience in building frameworks withPlaywright ,Selenium , andTestNG / Pytest / Jest / Mocha. Strong programming skills inJava, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. Experience withAI/ML-powered testing tools(Mabl, Testim, Applitools, Functionize, etc.). Expertise in integrating automation withCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.). Deep understanding ofAPI testing, microservices, and RESTful services. Working knowledge ofDocker, Kubernetes , andcloud-based test execution (AWS / GCP / Azure). Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Preferred / Good to Have: Experience inperformance testing(JMeter, k6) andsecurity testing tools. Exposure toBDD frameworks(Cucumber, Behave). Understanding ofDevTestOpsandshift-left testingstrategies. Hands-on withVisual Regression Testingandself-healing AI frameworks. Certifications likeISTQB, Certified SDET, or AWS DevOpsare a plus.
