They are looking for a seasonedLead Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultantwith strong expertise inAccounts Payable (AP)andAccounts Receivable (AR)to join their team. About the RoleThis position is ideal for professionals who excel in on-site, client-facing environments, especially innon-IT industry setups , and have successfully ledend-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations . Key ResponsibilitiesAct as theSME for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials , with deep hands-on expertise in AP & AR Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, andFit-Gap Analysis Configure, test, and support AP, AR, and related modules (GL, CM, Procurement, P2P, OM) Work with technical teams on RICE components through detailed functional design specs Liaise between finance teams and project stakeholders throughout implementation Lead CRPs, UAT cycles, and drive effective stakeholder communication Conduct end-user training and prepare SOPs/training materials Manage fullGo-Live activitiesincluding cut-over planning and data migration (FBDI/ADFdi) Handlepost-Go-Live production supportincluding critical P1/P2 issues Ensure continuous system improvement and operational stabilization ⭐Required Skills & Qualifications4+ yearsof experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Mandatory hands-on implementation expertise inAP & AR Experience as a core consultant inat least two full-cycleOracle Fusion implementations Proven on-site experience innon-IT industry client environments Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field Interested?
