Join our rapidly growing team in India and be part of a genuinely independent firm with proven methodologies.The Role: Manager – Oracle Fusion Finance Functional ConsultantWe are seeking a highly experiencedOracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultantto join our EAS team in a Manager role. This position requires a professional with15-16 years of experiencein Oracle environments, ready to lead finance transformation projects, manage delivery, and contribute to solution design and integration.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects, overseeingSolution DesignandProject Management . Deliver end-to-end transformation, includingData Migration Strategy design & executionandChange Management . ConductTo-Be Process Design ,Fit-Gap Analysis , andRICEFW Managementfor key finance modules. Provide support forIntegration TestingandUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Actively manage and mentor a team of resources and ensure excellent client engagement. Contribute topre-sales and sales activitiesas a subject matter expert (SME).Experience & Skills: 15-16 Years’of experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion environments. Must have delivered2-3 implementations of Oracle EBSand1-2 implementations of Oracle Fusion . Required experience in at least one of theOracle Fusion Finance modules . Proven experience inSolution Design ,Data Migration ,Integration , andChange Management . Strong background inRICEFW Managementand process design. Excellent team management and client engagement skillsare essential. Prior experience in a consulting firm orpre-sales/sales activitiesis a significant plus.Other Requirements: Location:Bangalore.
