Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Work with the leadership to define and drive product strategy, developing roadmaps that align with company objectives and market trends.

2. Program Management: Oversee multiple product development programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

3. Stakeholder Management: Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including development teams, marketing, sales, and customers, to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with user needs.

4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product features, positioning, and competitive differentiation.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch strategies.

6. Agile & Lean Methodologies: Implement agile and lean methodologies in product development processes, promoting continuous improvement and rapid iteration.

7. Performance Metrics & Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, using data to drive decision-making and product improvements.

Qualifications:

- Pet parent/ sibling

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the technology or pet wellness industry.

- Strong background in program management and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

- Familiarity with agile development processes and lean methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with IoT technologies and data-driven products.

- Have run/ managed or participated in 5-day sprint cycles - +++

- Prior experience in B2C hardware product development 1 to 10/100 : ++++

- Understanding of consumer electronics and software development cycles
