Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.js to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing robust, scalable front-end applications integrated into AEM components, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain front-end solutions using React.js integrated with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Build custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end logic using HTL/Sightly, JavaScript, CSS, and React.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver responsive and high-performance web applications.Translate design mockups into fully functional front-end components with pixel-perfect accuracy.Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of all front-end solutions.Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.Debug and resolve front-end related issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in front-end development.Strong hands-on experience with AEM (6.4 or higher) including component development, templates, dialogs, and AEM front-end pipeline.Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.Experience integrating front-end code with AEM using HTL (Sightly) and Sling Models.Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating with back-end services.Good understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control systems (Git).Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and other modern front-end build tools.Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Preferred Qualifications:AEM Certification is a plus.Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).Experience in performance tuning and web vitals optimization.Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).Familiarity with headless CMS and GraphQL is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
