Job Title: Senior Automation QA EngineerExperience: 4– 10 YearsLocation: Hyderabad / Pune / CoimbatoreNotice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation strategy, test script development, and continuous integration processes.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. - Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Hybrid, POM, Data-Driven, etc.). - Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product teams to understand requirements and define automation scope. - Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc. - Conduct regression testing, functional testing, and API automation as needed. - Perform root-cause analysis for defects and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain test reports, track defects, and provide clear documentation. - Contribute to improving automation processes, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium with Java. - Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, and exception handling. - Expertise in TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and automation frameworks. - Good understanding of Page Object Model (POM), Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven, and Hybrid frameworks. - Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar. - Experience in API automation (RestAssured / Postman / Karate) is a plus. - Knowledge of SQL and basic database validation. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and collaboration abilities.Good To Have- Experience with Cucumber (BDD) or Gherkin syntax. - Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter) is an advantage.Know your team (“Legacy Rewired, Engineering the Future”):At ValueMomentum’s Technology Solution Centers, we are a team of passionate engineers who thrive on tackling complex business challenges with innovative solutions while transforming the P&C insurance value chain.
