We're growing rapidly across multiple verticals and are looking for analytical minds who can drive business decisions.Role Overview:We're looking for a Business Analyst / Business Finance professional who will work closely with senior leadership and functional heads to drive business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who will prepare and analyses P&L across multiple verticals and business performance through actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end MIS reporting - both internal and investor reports.- Conduct regular business performance reviews across departments.- Preparing & Analyzing P&L across multiple sales channels and verticals.- Track and improve key business and financial metrics, ensuring alignment with growth goals.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory, sales efficiency, and margins.- Lead and manage specific strategic projects to enhance business performance.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:- Strong understanding of financial and operating metrics in consumer-facing industries.- Excellent Excel proficiency: working knowledge of SQL is a plus.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present data-driven insights.- MBA from a Tier-A institute (IIMs other than ABCL, MDI, FMS, SP Jain, NMIMS, etc.)Preferred Background:- 2-5 years of experience (ideally 1-2 companies' maximum).- Exposure to high-volume industries such as:- FMCG- Fashion / Apparel- Organised Retail- D2C Brands- Tech-driven services (Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Ladder, etc) (ref:iimjobs.com)
