Sporting Syndicate is the largest Sports Goods manufacturers and exporters in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1960 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.
About the role:
We are looking for a Security Manager to lead our Security team. The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Security officers and their duties
- Creating and implementing SOPs related to Security department
- Ensuring strict Safety, Discipline and Adherence protocols are being followed
- Assist the Construction department in projects related to Construction
- Supervise the goods received and dispatched through the company premises
- Conducting regular rounds throughout the 5 units
- Manage the housekeeping department
About you:
- At least 5 years of experience in Security Management is required
- Retired from an Indian Armed Service department is desired
- Previous experience in a Manufacturing company is desired
- Understanding about CCTV operations are required
- Experience in Project Management is desired but not required
