Position Name: Global Delivery Leader – Automotive Digital Vertical: Transportation and Mobility (T&M) Location:Pune, ATP Reports To:Transportation and Mobility (T&M) HeadRole Summary We are seeking a seasonedDelivery Leader – Automotive Digital Solutionsto spearhead global delivery operations across the USA, EU and India. The ideal candidate will create customized solutions within the digital space for clients, drive large-scale digital transformation programs, ensuring excellence in delivery, innovation, and client engagement. The role combinesdigital delivery leadership ,strategic client partnerships , andbusiness growth , with frequent international travel to strengthen relationships and accelerate account expansion.Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end deliveryof Automotive Digital programs across connected vehicle, cloud, analytics, and software platforms. Managelarge offshore delivery teams (500+ engineers)ensuring quality, cost, and time efficiency. Build and sustain strong relationships withglobal OEMs and Tier-1 suppliersacross USA & EU. Drivedigital innovationinitiatives in areas like SDV (Software-Defined Vehicles),AI/ML , data analytics, cloud-native applications, and mobility ecosystems. Collaborate withsales and account managementto identify, mine, and expand opportunities in digital programs. Partner withtechnology practicesto establish reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices. Govern delivery excellence throughAgile/SAFe frameworksand data-driven performance dashboards. SupportRFPs, proposals, and transformation roadmapsfor digital engagements. Foster a high-performance culture throughmentoring, upskilling, and governance . Act as anescalation and transformation leader , ensuring client satisfaction and proactive risk mitigation. Bevisa-ready and travel frequentlyto USA/EU for client governance and business development.Required Skills & Experience 18–20 yearsof experience in digital delivery preferably for the automotive or mobility sector, with at least5 years in senior leadership roles . Proven experience managinglarge-scale digital transformation programs(cloud, data, AI/ML, mobility, connected services). Strong connects withOEMs and Tier-1 suppliersin the USA and EU. Deep understanding ofsoftware-defined vehicle (SDV)ecosystems,digital twin ,DevOps ,cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) , andanalytics . Expertise inglobal delivery models , digital governance frameworks, andAgile/SAFemethodologies. Demonstrated success inclient relationship management ,account growth , anddelivery transformation . Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
