Base location: Ahmedabad branchGeography covered : Gujarat (Rajkot, Surat & Ahmedabad branch)Education: MBA in HRExperience : 8-12 yearsReporting to : Regional HRJob brief: This role will drive efficient partnerships with leaders and key stakeholders of the state to shape, develop and deliver people agenda.Key Responsibility Areas:- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience- Oversee performance management systems and processes, including goal setting and performance discussions- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and mediating conflicts- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations- Administer benefits and leave programs, providing guidance to employees- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate employee training and development programs- Support organizational change efforts and participate in change management initiatives- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment- Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures- Drive Engagement calendar at respective branchPersonal Attributes:- Experience of working in an HRBP role- Execution Excellence- Excellent communication and people skills- Aptitude in problem-solving (ref:iimjobs.com)
