Purpose of the position : The Cyber Security Expert is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of robust security solutions that meet project specifications and timelines. The role involves ensuring network and data security, compliance with security standards, and maintaining high levels of system reliability and performance.Role and Responsibility : Security Ownership : - Own the end-to-end security design and implementation in compliance with contract requirements- Ensure 100% compliance with specifications and timelinesCollaboration : - Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Development, Solution Design, and Sales Teams- Ensure compliance review and ownership during pre-tender and post-tender stages for all security components Site Visits : - Travel extensively to project sites and customer locations as requiredSLA Compliance : - Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both the company and customersMarket Analysis and Strategy : - Lead market analysis, business/product roadmap planning, go-to-market strategies, feature development, and requirement definition for security solutions- Focus on product localization and compliancePartner/Alliance Management : - Manage partner and alliance accounts to ensure business success and partner satisfactionTeam Development : - Recruit, train, and develop cybersecurity teams- Provide leadership, conflict resolution, and mentorship to achieve team excellenceTechnical Advisory : - Provide expert technical advice on security optimization and upgrades- Conduct competitive analysis in the cybersecurity sector.Desired Area of Expertise : - Expertise in Incident Response and Management- Cloud Security and Services Integration- Wireless and Mobile Security Solutions- Security Performance Analysis and Optimization- Proficiency with Security Simulation and Management Tools- Hands-on experience with security solution design and IoT device integration- Experience in Smart City and Highway solutionsCritical/Special Exposure : - Proven track record in security solution design and IoT integration- Experience in designing and implementing robust security solutions across various industries in the Government sector- Proven track record in Cyber Security Strategy and Architecture- Expertise in Security Compliance Standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST- Familiarity with Cloud Security Architectures and Deployments- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and across functional teams (ref:hirist.tech)
